I will always create a task-per-task list of requirements to receive the utmost accuracy on the quotes and to adapt the project according to budgets.
As your interior designer, I act as your professional liaison to ensure technical specifications are met and project costs remain transparent and fair. I will always offer you a minimum of 2 builder company quotes to enable you to choose who fits your project best. Each of the companies I work with have their own portfolios and style of building, therefore you can analyse their past work and I can tell you about my experiences working with them onsite.
Beyond the initial negotiations, I provide a comprehensive, end-to-end management service where I take personal responsibility for construction site supervision. I know that even the best plans can sometimes be misunderstood by the building team once the dust starts flying, so I visit the site as often as needed to serve as your eyes and ears. By providing direct, on-site guidance to the building teams, I ensure every technical detail is executed with the utmost precision.
